Program Description

CostaLingo offers an SMS messaging program for students, parents/guardians, and enrollment applicants. By opting in, you will receive automated, recurring text messages related to your student account, including but not limited to:

• Enrollment application status updates
• Tuition payment reminders and late fee notices
• Class schedule updates and reminders
• Attendance and class notifications
• Enrollment renewal reminders
• Important class and account-related notices

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the "I agree to receive automated, recurring text messages" checkbox on our online enrollment form. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from CostaLingo. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or any other obligation.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity. You can expect to receive approximately 2–10 messages per month, depending on class activity, attendance updates, and tuition payment cycles.
